Pro costs €5 per login and month: every team member gets their own login for their device, and the limits on own content and AI disappear. Cancel monthly.
- Which devices does MySkinPlan run on?
- On anything with a modern browser: tablet in the treatment room, iPhone or Android phone, Mac or Windows PC. No app store needed – “Add to Home Screen” or “Install app” turns it into an app with its own icon, full screen and offline support.
- Does it work with my products?
- Yes, with any range. You start with the brand-neutral Basics pack (product types like cleansing milk, enzyme peel, hyaluronic serum) and three ready-made facials. You create your own brands and products in a minute. Catalogs with INCI and official protocols straight from brands are added as brands release them.
- Can I enter my own facial protocols?
- Yes. The editor creates steps with duration, instructions, products and devices. Existing protocols can be copied and adapted, products renamed or added.
- Does it work for massage, body or lash treatments too?
- Yes. Any flow with steps and timings runs with the timer – client check, stock and brand catalogs are built around facials, but you can use them for other treatments just the same or simply leave them out.
- How safe is our data?
- Each studio only sees its own protocols, stock and team. Hosted in Germany, encrypted connection, daily backups, GDPR-compliant. We don't sell data.
- Do I need a new account?
